Dino d'Santiago and the Sound of Portugal in 2026

Dino d'Santiago performs at the Feira Arte Doce on 24 July 2026. His work draws on batuque — the percussion-based music of Cape Verde brought to Portugal through centuries of migration — fused with contemporary electronic production and hip-hop. The result sounds specific to Portugal in 2026: post-colonial, hybrid, genuinely cosmopolitan.
